Before you write, please note that we cannot look at your file — we never receive it. Your audio stays in your browser, so we have no way to inspect a conversion that went wrong. The more you can describe, the more useful we can be.
Reporting a problem
If a conversion came out wrong, or a file would not open, it helps to include:
- Which browser and operating system you used.
- The file type (WAV, MP3, OGG, M4A, FLAC) and roughly how long it is.
- Which mode and settings you had selected.
- What you expected and what you actually got.
